Resume Submission
The application process starts with a brief survey and resume submission. Here, we aim to contextualize each applicant with their unique experiences and aspirations.

As we review applications on a rolling basis, we highly recommend completing this step as soon as possible.

Case Presentation
At this stage, you will be given a take-home case study, which you will have approximately 5 days to complete. If you’ve never tackled a case study before, don’t worry—most applicants are in the same position, and we will provide a template to guide you through the process.
Here, our focus is to evaluate your critical thinking abilities and the logic you use to navigate new and uncertain scenarios.

Live Personal Interview
The interview is a platform for us to delve into your experiences and assess your fit for our program.
You may be asked to discuss personal leadership experiences and share stories that highlight the essential skills for thriving in our program.​ Please also leverage the interview as an opportunity to ask us any questions that arise about our program.

Can students located outside of the United States apply?Absolutely! We warmly welcome applications from students located outside the United States. We have opportunities specific to international students as well.

What does being a BLK analyst entail?After admission, you'll start with our education program, which includes fundamental training and networking with corporate sponsors. Upon completing the training, you'll join a case team and begin working directly with companies.

What is the application deadline?Applications will remain open until October 13th (at the latest). We review applications as they come in, so applying earlier increases your chances of acceptance. If our class reaches full capacity before October 13th, we may close applications before the stated deadline.

Can I apply if I'm interested in exploring other career paths in addition to consulting?Yes! BLK Consulting aims to provide a platform for exploration, and members are welcome to pursue a variety of career interests without being committed to consulting.

What is the weekly time commitment?Analysts should budget approximately 5 hours per week to take full advantage of educational resources, networking opportunities, and casework.
